7 Legal & review

Required before your number can send automated texts.

Why can't texting start the moment I sign up?

U.S. wireless carriers require every business that sends automated text messages to complete a one-time toll-free number verification. It's how carriers cut down on spam, and it applies to every company doing this kind of texting. It isn't specific to you.

Your profile is saved the moment you finish this form, but your free trial and billing don't start yet. We wait until your number clears toll-free verification before asking for payment, since there's no point starting a trial for a number that can't text yet. This is usually quick, but can occasionally take longer depending on carrier review.

One more thing before we can submit that registration: a few legal/tax details (your legal business name, EIN, and address). You'll add those from your dashboard next, whenever you're ready. Nothing in this signup form is held up waiting on them.

U.S. carriers require this one-time toll-free number verification before any business can send automated texts. It isn't specific to you. Your free trial and billing start once this clears, which is usually quick but can occasionally take longer. We'll approve you as soon as it's ready.

One thing we still need from you: your legal business name, EIN, and address. Add those from the Legal details card in your dashboard (link below) whenever you're ready. We can't submit your toll-free verification until that's filled in.
